Numerous factors can influence what leads to a team’s success, whether in business, sports, community settings, or family dynamics.
The most successful teams thrive by developing their own distinctive approach and excelling at mastering the fundamentals within that framework. They do so by leveraging each member’s unique talents to benefit the team while also fostering the individual’s personal growth.
Now’s the time to identify and entrench the right ethos and build a culture that will grow your future!
Team Building exercises are intended to forge bonds and break down barriers between colleagues, enabling them to work more harmoniously and productively together. Whilst the customary activities such as Survivor games, drumming etc. are fun (for some), they are short-lived moments that do not address pertinent day to day issues, such as cooperation and accountability.
“You Quotient”, or “YQ for Teams”, provides practical tools to help individuals and teams to become the best version of themselves. Implementing YQ provides the foundation for an organisation or group to develop its unique culture and provides the skeleton to take the Team forward measurably, providing an environment that can adjust or change to serve the goals of the group and manage exceptions as they arise.
YQ becomes a part of the organisation’s vocabulary, a way of building a growth culture that gives all members a common reference point to deal with tasks and challenges in a non-confrontational, collective manner, allowing each member to assume responsibility and ownership.
YQ can be built into performance reviews, where, depending on the weighting of specific measurables, a YQ formula is developed and adopted.
