Looking Back, Looking Forward, Looking Inward

by | Dec 23, 2025

Over the past year, I’ve noticed a meaningful growth in interest and participation in YQ, with 2026 already shaping up to be a standout year.

What’s been most striking isn’t the growth itself — it’s what’s driving it.

More and more people are sharing a similar experience: a sense of disconnection from themselves, from meaning, and from genuine human connection. In a fast-moving world, this has become surprisingly common. Observing people as they slow down, engage deeply, and experience real, lasting change simply by working through the YQ modules with me continues to be deeply humbling.

This sense of disconnection is unlikely to ease anytime soon. In fact, it’s expected to accelerate as AI becomes more embedded in how we work and live. A recent Forbes article, 10 Generative AI Trends In 2026 That Will Transform Work And Life,” offers a glimpse into just how significant these changes will be.

But there’s no need to be fearful.

If anything, the most important skill moving forward is not learning how to outpace technology — it’s learning how to stay connected to who we are and how we relate to others in a meaningful way.

Out of curiosity (and with a sense of humour), I recently asked ChatGPT whether someone would benefit from doing YQ with me. Its response started with:

“Short answer: yes — if you engage with it intentionally, you’re very likely to benefit.”

It then went on to highlight things like:

  • deeper self-awareness
  • practical emotional tools
  • clarity and alignment over hype
  • and the value of guided insight grounded in lived experience

Helpful? Yes.
Entertaining? Also yes.
The final advice, however, is the most important part:

Don’t ask ChatGPT if you should do YQ!

Even it knows that no algorithm can replace listening to your own inner compass.

If you’re willing to show up honestly, reflect, and apply what you explore, YQ can support emotional intelligence, clarity, purpose, and a more grounded, authentic way of being — simply more you.

If something in you is quietly saying “this feels worth exploring,” trust that. Reach out and see how YQ might support you.

Are you ready to take the first step on your journey to becoming simply more You?
